I’ve been practicing yoga for three month. I started to understand
something and also I started to like it. Friends always ask me about
yoga and what it gives to me. Sometimes I start doing exercises when I
am depressed but when I begin to feel the motion of my body, appears a
state of bliss calmness, when there is nothing around you, and nothing
can disturb you, frustrate, at least during these couple of minutes. I
wish you only good impressions on a mat for yoga.

Again hello! Winter has already come and in Ukraine it is raining… If such weather is on New Year, I will not fell great I guess.
What plans for the coming New Year holidays? I will probably celebrate it with my friends, maybe even in the night club. Christmas is a family holiday for me, si I will spend it with my family.

Hello! I congratulate everyone with the coming holidays! Within 30 minutes before the New Year sit near the table and write a letter to yourself. Describe in deatils all your wishes, dreams and plans for the coming year in it. Then put it in th eenvelope and leave it closed till the next New Year. I wish all your dreams come true!

Today I have a good mood! I feel a lot of energy inside, and I have  feeling that something good is going to happen))) Today I am going to stay at home, decided to devote the whole day to me and the house, I will cook dinner. , that’s why I arranged my hair nicely, wore leggings and tank top and an apron over it all. Today I will bake potatoes with vegetables and meat, it’s so tasty, you’ll lick your fingers!)))

Today the weather is good, I was on a walk, I like to walk in a park, to breath fresh air, think about life and plans for future. Autumn is a time of memories, nostalgia.I thank God for what he gave me in life, thank friends, who always help me, and think of him-whom I will meet, possibly he is not in my country-but we will be lucky to meet each other.

I always liked men who are elder me, it seems to me that they are wiser, have more experience and carry better

Sometimes I close my eyes and imagine my sweetheart, the way he’s going to treat me, how he will wake me up with a sweet kiss-how we will join our hands and will walk by the park’s paths, how we will give advises to each other and will be happy.
