…state of bliss calmness…

I’ve been practicing yoga for three month. I started to understand
something and also I started to like it. Friends always ask me about
yoga and what it gives to me. Sometimes I start doing exercises when I
am depressed but when I begin to feel the motion of my body, appears a
state of bliss calmness, when there is nothing around you, and nothing
can disturb you, frustrate, at least during these couple of minutes. I
wish you only good impressions on a mat for yoga.
